TW-SC800-2 VHP Aseptic Pass Cabin

The VHP Pass-through Chamber sterilizes all exposed surfaces inside the pass-through chamber with integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization, replacing traditional UV disinfection methods. The laminar flow protection of the high-efficiency filter in the transfer cabin forms an airlock when the double filter door is opened to prevent cross-contamination.
1.The aseptic transfer cabin is automatically controlled by the SIEMENS programmable controller (PLC) to automatically control the operation of the equipment at all stages, and the system is stable and reliable.
In the biological decontamination and exhaust stage, the air sent into the cabin is fifiltered by H14 grade HEPA fifilter to prevent the material from being polluted
3.It has an independent ventilation and residual unit, including a fan, a pneumatic butterflfly valve and an exhaust pipe, which can quickly replace the hydrogen peroxide gas in the cabin and prevent it from entering the HAVC system
4.The inlet and outlet are double door structure, with pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking and double door interlocking function under working condition
5.There is a cart-type material support and its track system inside, which is convenient for material loading and unloading
6.The system has a real-time monitoring function of temperature, humidity and pressure in the cabin, and can be equipped with detection ports for hydrogen peroxide gas concentration, dust particles and planktonic bacteria
7.Easy to verify, with complete IQ, OQ, PQ documents, and can provide on-site verifification
8.With the function of saving and printing biological decontamination cycle parameter data
9.With electronic signature, data tracking function
